The best thing out right now
So I have tried so many different diet pills, and this one is the best one out since the good old days of diet pills. I took it as directed initially (2 pills X 3 meals day, but it made feel a little sick. So I just take two before breakfast (no coffee in the AM) and I don't feel hungry at all. I am a huge snacker, too. I have to force my self to eat my lunch. I could probably just take two in the morning and be good the rest of the day. If I know I will be up late I take two before dinner. The energy that I get from this is consistent, and there are no jitters. No other diet pill has had this effect on me in a while, and I am a diet pill junky. The price was nice, too. I lost three pounds my first week.

Great product that works!
I've been using Xenadrine for a few years now, and I find myself going back to use it whenever I need to lose some weight. I've tried other OTC weight loss pills, to find it doesn't work or makes me feel ill. This product doesn't give you jitters or anything you'd get from other pills, but it does give you energy. It is not a miracle pill, but you will gradually see weight loss after continued use. Usually it takes a couple weeks to start seeing the weight come off and it will continue to come off as long as you keep using it and of course a diet low in fat and a little exercise helps speed things up. You gotta make your own positive changes for anything to take effect. You can eat things you like, but try to eat the junky fatty stuff in small amounts when you have a craving and limit it as much as you can so you work towards a healthier weight. Overall, this product works, and it hasn't made me feel ill or have bad reactions like other pills do. I'd recommend it...
