Amazing
I can hardly believe how tasty this stuff is. I was first introduced to stevia sweetener in the Sobe Lifewater drinks. I knew that I had to find some for at-home use. I now use it regularly in my breakfast tea, smoothies, etc. Since they're in the packets, I haven't tried Truvia in baking, but I can say that it is great in drinks. Also, I don't experience any digestive problems or gross aftertaste that people often get with other types of sugar substitutes like aspartame or sucralose.Purchasing it on Amazon is an amazing deal. With this quantity I won't be running out of it anytime soon, but I'll definitely be back for more.

Great Price
This is a great price. I use to buy a 140 count box at Whole Foods for $10. This 1000 count box with last us at least a full year and save us almost $18 ($52 for the 1000 box vs seven 140 count boxes for $70). I like Truvia. I use to like Equal years ago, but it gave me a headache and I found out its a neurotoxin. Then I was using Splenda for a few years, which I really like, my favorite sweeneter actually, but was hearing things about it not being that good for you being that its chlorinated and all. I had tried several stevia products in the past and always threw them out because they were awful. I do find that Truvia has a bit of an aftertaste when sweetening tea. I did try it with whipping cream, using the amount of packets that would be equivalent to the amount of sugar I would use, and the whipping cream was pretty awful, I ended up adding quite a bit of powdered sugar to make it edible. Better for you than other sweetners
Truvia is reported to be better for you than other no calorie sweetners. I like that it has no after taste like the other no calorie sweetners. The 300 count box lasts over 3 months and is considerably cheaper than the smaller boxes available in the grocery stores.

Switched from Sugar to Truvia
I drink a LOT of coffee, and I use a lot of sugar in my coffee. I switched from sugar to Truvia over a year ago. Between that starting to play some recreational soccer once a week I've lost 40 lbs.I also stopped drinking soda and switched to the Sobe Lifewater 10 Cal and Vitamin Water ZERO. This coincidentally also use either Purvia, or Truvia. Both of these are just branded versions of the stevia extract.The taste of Truvia is very close to sugar. There is a very very slight aftertaste. The significant difference I have noticed is I don't have the lingering sweetness in my mouth that makes me want another, often unnecessary, cup of coffee or can of soda.

The best available stevia product
I have been using stevia products since at least 2008, originally as Stevita, a product that has the consistency and spoonability of sugar.Like Stevita, Truvia has the consistency and spoonability of sugar. Like Stevita, Truvia has no calories. It is an effective sweetener, and in the spoonable version I'm reviewing is quite easy to use in many ways. The envelopes of Truvia are handy to carry with, but ripping them open spills a little bit on the counter, when using a small spoon with the jar version might well be neater.UNLIKE Stevita Truvia is widely marketed, except that it's not in a Target store in the Chicago suburbs. It is even available in my local fairly small supermarket in West Philadelphia/University City. At one time the supermarket carried the jars, but then there was price drop on the envelopes and that is now all they carry.I agree with another reviewer that Amazon is taking a cue from one of its sellers, and is charging an outrageous price for 3 jars...

Amazon price is outrageous!!
I bought this item at the local grocery store for $5.50 for a 9.8 oz jar which would be $16.50 for 3. I absolutely love this sweetener so I checked to see if Amazon offered it. At my surprise:Amazon wants nearly double that for the same amount PLUS over $10.00 in shipping for these 3 small jars!!! I am very disapointed in Amazon for this irresponsible price/shipping for this item and will not purchase this from them until they get their heads out of the clouds and offers this item for a competitive price and free shipping. If they would do this, I would do the subscribe and save option as I use this item every day. I would have given this item 5 stars if it wasn't for Amazon's price/shipping.

Great!
I am a big fitness guru and my diet never allows for sugar. With that said, I never miss it because of Truvia! I used splenda for years, but after a while didn't feel it was safe to use of such extended periods of time. Therefore, I turned to Truvia as it is supposed to be the safest non-caloric sweetener the market has to offer :) Great taste unlike other Stevia products like PurVia(gross!).

Great alternative to sugar
I was hesitant to try this because many of the reviews said that the sweetener has a strange aftertaste, but I was pleasantly surprised. I use it for tea, and it tastes just like regular sugar to me. A great substitute!

Better than I thought..
