My very favorite mints!
These are so great. They're getting hard to find, though. I love the price on Amazon (when they are available) and I stock up when I can get them here.They are strong mints and really knock out any bad taste in my mouth fast. And I love that they don't contain sugar. The box is small and fits perfectly in my pocket. I'll keep purchasing them as long as they are around! When I can't find Smints, the sugar free Altoids are also good.My friends know I always have some type of mint on me. When they first try a Smint, they can't believe how strong they are and they make a face. But, they always end up coming back for more. They are very tasty and they really work to freshen breath.

They are very sweet & refreshing. They have a different sweetness than sugar, but it's not phony or sick tasting like some alternative sweeteners. I was surprised that the mints are light purple, but it's a natural coloring from hibiscus flowers. I do wish these mints were a little bigger. They are .42grams/each and the size and shape remind me of Smarties candies. They dissolve quickly, but that's probably because they're almost pure xylitol and have no added chemicals. They also make a lot of dust, but I can put up with that for the great ingredients. I was debating between these and Spry xylitol mints, but the Spry ones have calcium lactate and gum arabic. These are probably the strongest mints I've tasted other than Smints. They are about the size and shape of a sweet tart. Like the previous reviews stated, they are kind of crumbly and dissolve quickly in your mouth. Good for a quick blast of mint to coat your mouth. Well the candy and gum alternates sides so you might have the mint gum or the strawberry gum flavor. I probably wouldn’t buy this anymore because the Smint Candy is enough but when I want long lasting gum I’ll try other options. When I popped it in my mouth I enjoyed the flavor of course however the gum shrank in size really fast and the gum didn’t last long at all. The knees socks keep my feet warm and the trouser socks make it so I can’t really feel the knee socks falling down. Maybe I’m addicted to it, or maybe I just like minty fresh breath (I’m referring to minty fresh the feeling, not Minty Fresh the death merchant in Christopher Moore’s books. Sometimes I wear two pair: a pair of trouser socks and a pair of knee socks. Socks that hit mid-calf sometimes stay up, but usually twist around on my foot, which I hate more than socks that fall down. As a somewhat intelligent woman, it bugs me that bottle in a cool shape or a unique label makes me want to buy something. I would eat Smints one right after the other just because it was fun to make them pop out of the box. I liked that it was supposed to make my breath feel fresh five times longer, but I loved the shape of the bottle even more. Did Smints taste better than Tic Tacs or Lifesavers. But Smints are the ultimate in mint packaging. Plus I always feel like gum collects all the plaque on your teeth and then you keep chewing it, so you end up chewing a great big ball of gunk from your own teeth. They came in what looked like a Tic Tac box, with a shark bite taken out of the bottom corner and the mints were ovals with bites out of them too. I wonder if they still make Smints. My favorite example of how packaging snagged me is Smints. When you push the top, a Smint comes flying out of the bottom on the box at you.
