Works for most...
The scalp treatments aren't my bag. These are the best non-scalp treatment/pills. They will help to either slow/halt hair loss and can help some reduction of balding. It really varies per individual. Eventually your old age will win out though, and you will have to get over it, or get plugs!

it stop s falling hair but doesnt regrow them
I started to use this product in early 2010 and still using it but stopped using it in the middle of the year and my hair started to fall off very rapidly.. Now I have started to use it again but I am quite sure now that it stops your hair from falling, but does not RE GROW the hair which have been lost .

Working for me
I'm a 38 year-old woman who has suffered from hair loss for years. My hair thins around the front (sides and top). Stress seems to cause the worst of the fall-out. My Dermatologist recommended that I use Rogaine Extra Strength for Men (yes, Men - she said studies she reviewed established that this would also work for Women). She was right. Rogaine has definitely worked to regrow the hair, but it didn't seem to stop the fall-out. I would still run my fingers through my hair or brush my hair and have a handful of hair fall out. It really works!
Totally blown away! I am 50 years old and have been losing my hair (in the top, front area the salons call the "apple" in women) for many years now. Most of it is back. It took about 5 months to see results, but it works great. My friends even noticed. My hair is even a bit wavy now. I love it.I have been using Provillus for 8 months now and have cut back to one topical application and 1 pill a day and it is still working. Best Hair Vitamin-Type Product Ever!
Super Great product! I also never have time to put into posting reviews. However, I wanted to take the time to post this one because I thought it might really help others struggling with hair loss and/or thinning hair.I noticed within a short time after using Maxihair that my hair appeared fuller. I have used the product for 6 months now and can say that this product seems to directly impact hair fullness. I think what is happening is that where I already have hair, that more hair is growing in. The problem is that I am trying to have hair regrow near the forehead and temples where I have hair loss (due to hairdressers on two occasions washing out hair color with very hot or scalding water - Keune color is awful - burns and makes your scalp sensitive to water temperature too). So I am afraid the roots and hair follicles have been damaged too much for regrowth. However, I have noticed some small hairs regrowing near those areas, and naturally I am hoping for more. I...

Works so far but NOT a magic pill
