Works great for me!
This must be one of those items that works great for some people and horribly for others. I purchased this a little bit hesitently after reading the negative reviews, but eventually decided it was worth a shot. I wanted to use this to get rid of the hair on my back. So I smeared it all over with some contortions and set a timer for 15 minutes. The smell at first wasn't bad at all, but it quickly turned into a nasty, chemical smell that reminded me of the perms my mom and sister did once. It wans't horribly overpowering though, just irritating. After the 15 minutes were up I used a washcloth and wiped all the hair off. It seemed to work best if you were slow and methodical in this step. I also found myself rinsing the washcloth often to get the hair off. Then I jumped in the shower and rinsed and washed with soap. In the end I ended up with a perfectly smooth, hairless back and zero irritation. So far its been a week and there is no... Top to learn more
May not be for everyone but it worked for my son
When my 18 year old son came home from college for Spring Break, he had a mission. He wanted to transform from "Big Foot's" cousin to "a dolphin with eyebrows". In other words, he wanted to get rid of some of his body hair. Now, I didn't think it looked too bad but since he was determined to get it taken care of I figured I should at least guide the efforts. The first stop was the local salon for a chest wax. It worked great but according to him it was very painful and he broke out in a rash that night. Benadryl cream helped but it took a few days to go away. His dermatologist's office recommended a product like Nair so the next time I was at the Pharmacy I picked some up. He carefully read the instructions and tried some on a small area on his ankle. That seemed to work well so he did the rest of his legs today and it worked fine. Great product, only one that works for me
I have purchased many hair removal products in the past, the most recent being Balms Balm. I honestly purchase these products for use in my groin area. I have used regular Nair as well with no success. I used this product while stationed in Korea and used it again the other day here in Afghanistan and it worked perfectly. The bottle says not for use in your groin area but this product not only worked there where countless others have failed for me, but there was no redness, burning or itching afterwards. If your like me and nothing else has worked, try this product. I am giving it 4/5 stars because of the price.

Got Back Hair?
My first review of anything ever. I just finished using this product and it is Fantastic. I'm a woolly mammoth. I think I have as much back hair as I do chest hair. The directions say to leave it on for at least 3 min., but I had the time and left it on for about 7 min. I couldn't see my back in the shower as I was wiping it off obviously, so I wasn't sure how complete I had wiped off the cream. When I got out and checked out my back, I looked pre-pubescent, lol. Pros- Works extremely well/ Fast acting/ No foul smell Cons- If you can't reach that center part of your back without help, you will still need to buddy up. *** Maybe Nair can just attach the application sponge to a plastic handle. got this product recently and it works perfectly. i had tried the cream previously and it was horribly messy, hard to apply evenly to large areas, and smelled of heavy chemicals. this was supremely better on all accounts. the smell is the same just muted, far easier to apply, and only slightly messy (it starts dripping a bit if you have to have it on longer than 5 min). i tested it out on my hand for the minimum of 4 min and it didn't do anything but there was no skin reaction so i bumped it up to 7 min for the full application and it took all the hair on my arms off. after 5 min it did get really warm but i don't think that's anything out of the ordinary. i would not recommend if you have sensitive skin, otherwise this is the way to go as it lasts much longer then shaving and works better after the first application.fyi: this stuff is super slippery. i stepped in some that had dripped on the floor and nearly killed myself in the shower and my shower is not slippery at... Great product
I have used this product many times, and it works very well. I've done anything from just chest hair removal to full body hair removals (including genitals), and it didn't burn even after leaving it on my ENTIRE body (including you know where) for 15 minutes. I'm sure sensitivity to this product varies from person to person, but I was a lucky one in that it works very well at removing hair and doesn't sting at all even after 15 minutes. I didn't even really take too much note of the smell. Some people just need to grow up. The only negative thing I can say about the product is that I needed a decent amount in order to get the hair off. When doing a full body hair removal, I used about 3/4 a bottle or so although I'm sure I could use less over time if I were more experienced with knowing how to apply it (I haven't used it consistently enough to get it down to a science). It's been a while, so I can't remember how long the hair took to grow back, but it was definitely longer than... Top to learn more

Works fine
Just used this product for the first time today. First I used the shower system which work wonders. Then once I was done there I used this to touch up on the spot that the shower system didn't get too well. I wont say this totally did the job right, but considering I hadn't shaved in months I think it did a great job of getting rid of some thick spots. great find
My trainer told me about this product and I had to try it. I'm finally in good shape and wanted to show it off. Well, let's just say I had a great holiday weekend at the beach - works great and keeps me motivated to keep working out. Update - I've now used balls balm a couple times and have some tips to share: -b/c my hair is pretty coarse, it helped to take a warm shower first which made the hair softer and I think easier to remove -I found leaving it on for about 15 minutes gave the best results -it's great for small patches of hair like on your shoulder or lower back since the tubes are pretty small (not enough for your whole body) Top to learn more

Solid product for some
I don't love this product. Good for sensitive skin areas with fine hair. The quick breakdown: The hair remover smells better and is much gentler than other products. Using as directed it removed most hair readily. The only problem is that if you have very coarse hair on "sensitive" areas the directions say not to exceed 16 min. This didn't quite do the trick; it simply left the hair brittle, matted, damaged, and blonde. I plan on trying again later and waiting a full 20 min as the product is so gentile on skin that I felt absolutely 0 discomfort. Update: I retried the product and I'm not a big fan. It left a lot of medium coarse hair as stubble. I'm amending my original review and going to say it really just good for fine hair. Top to learn more

Worked nicely on my <sensitive> skin and hair
I gave the Bare Pair a whirl after seeing all of the great reviews saying how good it was at removing hair in sensitive spots. I found the hair remover (Bare balm) to be the most sensitive that I've ever used--I had no irritation after I used it and applied the calming lotion. This was a BIG plus for me because I've been burned by other depilitories in the past (in fairness they say not to use on your private parts but c'mon we've all tried it!). I had to leave the hair removal lotion on my 'pair' for about 15 minutes before the hair seemed lose enough to wash off (about 5 min. longer than they tell you on the tube). I left it on longer because my hair was kind of 'overwhelming' but the lotion wasn't! Weirdly though my shoulder hair was loose after only about 12 minutes with the lotion on. I would recommend putting a thick layer of the hair lotion on and spreading it well over the spot you want to lose hair so that it makes contact with your skin and the hair enough...
