Methylene Blue
Methylene Blue is recommended for keeping fish eggs from developing fungus. My daughter is using it for angel fish eggs and it works great.

Haven't gotten to try it much
I was planning to use it for my breeding tank with my Angel Fish. I haven't had it for a long time tho. I tried to add it to the water with the fry without parents and didn't really work out well.

Product Description

Methylene Blue is effective against superficial fungal infections of fishes. The drug may be used as an alternative to Malachite Green for the control of fungus when it is known that the fish to be treated are sensitive. Methylene Blue is safe for use with fish eggs and fry for the prevention of fungal infections. As a secondary use, it is effective against some external protozoans, such as Ich, Chilodonella and Costia. Clinical signs of disease: increased respiration; loss of normal body color; presence of discrete white spots; scratching on tank bottom or on objects; lethargic behavior; white tufts or strands on body; dust like peppered spots on body surface, having a yellowish cast. Practicle Joke Juice
I have to admit, I didn't buy this for any fish tank. I don't even own a fish tank. I read online you can spike someone's drink with this stuff and they will pee blue for a day. Instead of poisioning a friend and getting sued or worse I decided to try this on myself first and it works. I tried 10 drops from an eye dropper the first time and noticed my pee changed to a green color... kinda cool but not the blue effect I was looking for. Tried again a few days later with 20 drops and shazam, blue pee. I'm not saying it is healthy to ingest this stuff, in fact it says right on the bottle, not for human consumption so take this review at your own risk. The main problem I've found with playing this type of hoax is whoevers drink you spike would already have to be very blue, maybe a blue margarita or some other blue drink because this stuff is very powerful and stains everything it touches. I tried it in my beer first and it looked like kool-aid... yeah, somebody will notice that. The...

Excellent Fish Ich cure for larger outbreaks and should last a lifetime
This product promotes itself as a fast cure for ich and other parasites, and from my experience it is a very effective treatment. I can't vouch for its claim to cure ich in two days in all cases, but it is a rather fast-working product.I like that this product is not as harsh a treatment as the wide-spectrum antibiotic preparations that people too often use for fish diseases. While it seems natural to reach for strong microbials when your fish are sick, it can stress out your fish even more, making things worse. QuICK Cure cures ich without resorting to antibiotics.As with all ich treatment regimes, this works better if you raise the aquarium temperatures and keep the hood lights off. That will help speed along the ich parasite's life cycle and keep your fish in a quiet healing state.Other caveats - you have to remove the carbon from your aquarium filters before adding the treatment drops, or it won't work at all.You will need to use the...

Works as advertised!
I am by no means an aquarium expert. When my son noticed our Oscar fish was covered with little white dots, I simply googled "little white dots on fish", I came to the diagnosis of Ick. I went to my local pet store and asked them what's best for ick, and they told me they use Quick Cure in their own tanks.Within 1 week of use, my fish are clear of all signs of ick. Needless to say we're very happy, and I would definitely recommend this product. It's cheap, easy, and it works.
