My favorite eye pencil
I love this eye pencil. You never have to sharpen it and the smudger at the other end gives you a perfect smokey eye look every time. Plus it stays on for hours because its waterproof. great pencil and it comes in a variety of colors.

Best waterproof eyeliner I've ever had
I'm so happy with this new waterpoof eyeliner. It goes on smoothly and stays on all day until I'm ready to take it off. I have very oily eye lids and by 2:00pm in humid , sunny Florida, my previous eye shadow and liner just melt and slime off. Not with this product! After much research for a good waterpoof eyeliner, I'm very pleased at how long it stays on. I highly recommend this product.

A little pricey-but completely worth it!!!
I purchased this in Germany on my way home from Iraq the first time. I flinched at the price, as I was used to buying cheaper drugstore brands. Once I started using it, I couldn't get enough. I am back in Iraq now, and this is what I use on a constant basis. It covers perfectly and leaves a smooth, flawless finish. I have also started using other Lancome products, and they are doing great. The product stays on for all day with minimal touch-ups, and honestly (I never thought I would say this) lasts forever. I cake on makeup (bad, I know) and it lasts for 4-5 months...no joke. I love this stuff, and for what you get, the price is actually really worth it, as it lasts longer and is better quality than anything you will find at Walgreens or another drugstore. It doesn't make my face break out, and if I do have a breakout it coverst it perfectly making me not even notice I have a breakout....well-until I take off my makeup of course. Bottom line:...

The crayon itself is fine. My previous ones I was buying at S*phora. My issue here is that I think (if I remember correctly) that it is usually wrapped in plastic inside its box. The one I received after my order was just in the box (which seemed to have been opened already) and no plastic seal around the crayon...

Perfect
I also normally just buy drug store cosmetics because I don't often wear a lot of makeup. But I wear this blush everyday and it's the perfect match for my skin. I have classic extremely fair Irish skin with freckles and for some reason any color (albeit lipstick, blush) I put on my skin turns very pink. I came across this in Sephora when a sales lady spend about an HOUR with me trying to find a brand and color that looked natural. This was it! I've been using it for about 3 years now and you'd be surprised at how long .18oz lasts! Smell is subtle, in fact I barely notice it and it doesn't look all sparkly on the skin like some blushes do. If you are stuggling to find a natural color or have extremely fair skin, this is perfect! Good luck with your search and I hope this helps!

But I’d always wear pink / red shades with caution if you’re new to makeup as too much can make it look like your eyes are swollen. This is -kinda- how I see highly artistic makeup. The shadows themselves are very high quality, much better than previous Lancome eye shadow palettes I’ve reviewed. This blush just gives a very soft flush of colour, not as sheer as say NARS’ Sex Appeal which was almost invisible on my skin, but enough for it to be visible in person, yet appear almost invisible on camera. As you can see above, each of the palettes in this collection had a lovely rose detail on top of them that uniquely identifies them as being part of the Spring collection. I remember back in the day when I was completely obsessed with Louis Vuitton (still am, but to a sensible level now… as sensible as splurging on luxury bags can be…) a lot of the girls I knew would buy the LV silk scarves, and instead of wearing... Somehow I am not surprised I ended up with the neutral palette, all the shades are highly wearable except maybe for the pink shade. Since I like a bit of control over how my blush is formulated, I applied the pink portion first which had a very soft sheen, I wouldn’t call it matte. I unfortunately don’t think this as a blush would be great for people with very dark skin tones, but it may work well as a pink-tinted highlighter thanks to the level of frost. Lancome calls them Replenishing and Enhancing Lip Colour and I think that’s a pretty accurate description of them. The thing I really love about Lancome (and Chanel) are their blush / highlighters. Anyways, today I thought I’d talk about the Lancome Spring 2012 collection as I know not many people have access nor the ability to try out these products so hopefully I can offer some sort of insight.
