Most Loved Medical Drama
Grey's Anatomy is NOT for the faint of heart. The characters get under your skin and become family. Watching them grow and evolve is like watching your own family grow and evolve. This season was incredible, and I highly recommend it to anyone interesting in some incredible storyline and great acting. Especially the finale... you won't be able to stop talking about it!

Good Season, Amazing Finale!
I have been watching Grey's since the beginning, and there are some awesome episodes. But nothing compares to the finale last season. It is one gripping two hours of television that you don't want to miss out on. The season overall is good, and has it's definite highlights; but nothing compares to the season 6 finale. Spoilers ahead...The season starts with George's death, and later in the season Izzie leaves. It feels somewhat strange at first, but George was in so little of last season I honestly didn't notice his departure as much as Izzie's. We are introduced to some new doctors as the merger happens. They are probably the only thing I didn't like about this season, as I found most of the annoying, with the exception of Dr. Avery. Alex deals with the loss of Izzie and their impending divorce, Christina and Owen have a relationship hurdle to jump over, Callie and Arizona have a 'baby' of a problem, Derek becomes the new chief and all the hardships that come with that,...

Welcome back, Grey's.
I've been a follower of this show since the very beginning, and it's definitely had its ups and downs. Seasons 4 and 5 weren't my favourites, but Season 6 was MUCH more like the Grey's I'd come to know and love. I actually cared about what was happening. Can't wait for next year!

Amazing Season
I wasn't sure how they would handle this season after the shooting last season. I thought the show might go in the wrong direction and it would be the start of the end. This season was amazing. I thought they handled the fallout of last seasons finale really well. I love the character stories that ran throughout the season. Yang seemed to take more of a centre stage this season, which was great as she is one of my favourite characters. There are one or two tiny new characters, but I think they are more for future seasons and were added to sort of get the ball rolling on next seasons stories. Meredith had a fantastic storyline this season, which sort of came alive towards the second half. Karev centred episodes were actually my favourite. Hopefully at some point something will actually go right for him! The characters continue to get better. There was not a dull episode in the season. The musical was really funny and I think we can establish who can sing and who can't by the way Callie...

Another Amazing Season!
Coming into this season after the way they ended season 6 was going to be a challenge, but I think it was handled beautifully. Spoilers ahead: I know many people criticized Christina's story line at the beginning of the season, but it was my favorite. I went through a tragedy once myself, and seeing her pull away, change who she was, and then finally come back with a vengeance was like watching what I went through. I loved that she really went through the grief rather than wrapping it up in two episodes, it was more realistic to me. I will say there is one episode I absolutely hated, the documentary one I definitely could have done without, but don't let that one episode be the reason you don't get this set (you may like it), because the rest of the season is in true Grey's form. I also loved the journey of Alex this season, he and Christina were both center stage and it was a nice change of pace. Callie, Mark, and Arizona's journey as a "family" was also a good storyline...

The best season yet!
I was so blown away by this season after the shooting finale of last season. I know they took a lot of flack for the musical episode but it is one of my all time favorites. It showcased these many talented actors who proved themseves to be such amazing singers. I loved this show and it took guts to break ground like that and do something so out of the box. As for the season, there is no sugar coated jumpiing back in the saddle for these doctors. It allows you to see them going through the serious symptoms of PTSD. I enjoyed every moment of this dvd. The extras are so terrific too, especially the behind the scenes for the musical and the out takes bloopers. Very funny.

Mourning George is Heart Wrenching ... Callie is a total wreck - suprising and a lovely tribute to her "McDreamy".
Excellent preview of Greys Anatomy Season 6 - of course I would have liked to seen more. I pre-ordered this box set in April for what was then August release, and now I have to wait til September - not happy about that at all. Callie's reaction to George's passing was a bit surprising and it was a lovely tribute to the type of person her character is, and that George really was HER "McDreamy" - even after all of the history. I was/am so sorry to see George's character written out of the show - I thought he was great - a great balance - funny, smart, sensitive, loving and caring. But, it's a show and it's his life - he is so talented he's got a lot of acting to do beside Greys. Just my opinion.

Saying Goodbye to "OUR" Georgie......
My daughter's and myself have watched Grey's from the beginning. While each of us have come to our own opinions about each character, we all admired George. He was the kind of guy who could be calm in an emergency, while at the same time....tug our hearts with his kindness. This episode was just incredibly sad....hard to imagine G.A. without him. Everyone I know will miss our favorite tv surgeon......bye Georgie!!!!

GREY'S......BACK IN FULL COLOR
SPOILERS---DO NOT READ IF YOU WANT TO BE SURPRISEDSomewhere halfway through this 5th season, I decided it would be my last. I was even tempted to stop right then and there. I think this happened around the same time that Izzie was having mind-boggling sex with Denny (the dead ex). But I decided to wait until the end. Who knows why?And I am so glad I did. I have just finished watching the season finale. I have been downloading the episodes from iTunes since the season will not be out in DVD for a while. I still wanted to write a review in case you are hesitating to buy this season. So without further delay or hesitation I say BUY IT. The 2nd half of the season more than makes up for the weaknesses in the first half, and the season finale is so good that it's worth to get it just for this. Well, to be honest, the season finale is devastating. So much so that it reignites your desire to watch the show and come back for the 6th Season.But...

Truly Amazing!
I have worshiped and adored Grey's Anatomy since the second season. It's been a ritual for me to turn off my phones and other electronic devices to glue myself to the television to watch this tantalizing series unfold. Although the show fell off the track in seasons 3, 4, and to some extent in the early part of this season; I watched every moment of it. The storyline with Izzie was just hard to deal with at times, but i stuck by it. I am so glad I did; the last half of the season was brilliant. SPOILERS follow: If you are a Meredith and Derek fan they have worked their issues out and are truly great this season. The addition of Owen Hunt has brought new life back to the series, and to Christina. While I wasn't to crazy about the pairing of Sloane and Lexie, they have really grown on me. The crossover episodes with Private Practice were wonderful. The hundredth episode is one of the best, but the finale is what left me with chills. From start to finish it is easily one of the...

Second half brings Grey's back to life
There are more detailed, in-depth reviews already on this page, so I will keep this short. The first half of the fifth season is lacking, with weak plot lines trying to tie up loose ends. The second half brings Grey's Anatomy back to what it used to be, with interesting developments that make you care about certain characters. The end is a cliffhanger that is sad, yet deals with a character that has suffered in the writing since season 3.

Where Can I buy Greys Anatomy Season 6

She made the decision to leave Mark when his daughter and grandson were living there and now that Mark is with Julia, I think Lexie is secretly jealous because Julia is living the life Lexie was supposed to havewith Mark. Welcome back to TV Fanatic's Grey's Anatomy Round Table. I don't know the laws in Washington state and it's been awhile since I looked at them for Texas, but I'm pretty sure that in Texas if you can get an animal into the state you can keep it without permits. As for Owen and Christina, he was wrong for having an affair and Christina was kind of wrong for throwing food in his face. She needed to make the decision about her son on her own, not based off what Alex would do. As for Lexie and Mark, she needs to quit moping around and do some soul searching. Our official Grey's Anatomy review broke down last week's episode, "The Lion Sleeps Tonight," in great detail. Now, TV Fanatic staffers Courtney Morrison, Sean McKenna and Christina Tran have assembled for their weekly Round Table discussion to further debate and dissect the goings on at Seattle Grace/Mercy West.

"Owen is very good in that very practical crisis management but when it becomes about managing media, he's usually the guy in the shadows," McKidd tells THR. STORY: 'Grey's Anatomy' Postmortem: Kevin McKidd Warns of Tougher Times Ahead for Cristina and Owen. STORY: 'Grey's Anatomy': Crisis for Meredith, the Doctors' Futures and 5 More Teasers. "It's the first almost-mothering feeling that Meredith gives off -- because Meredith is a new mother -- and Holly takes to right away because she's lacked that. Such a major case will naturally bring a media circus to Seattle Grace, where an unstable Owen ( Kevin McKidd ) turns to Richard ( James Pickens Jr. ) for advice in how to manage the crisis.

It should be a two-hour season premiere and MerDer’s house should be finished in like the 3rd episode of Season 7 because it was said in 6. I agree with Michal, I would like Season 7 to start right after the shooting as in, Cristina tells Meredith in 6. On how next season will start up…. Rhimes hasn’t decided on whether next season will start up immediately after the season finale ended or if there will be a time jump. I also want the seventh season premiere to take start immediately after the events of the season six finale. And Mark and Lexie should get back together because Mark misses her and is obviously still in love with her and Alex admitted in the season finale who he is truely in love with when he was calling out for Izzie. Rhimes also points out that she has “written herself out of” not wanting Derek and Meredith to produce little McDreamys and little Greys. As Rhimes puts it, “If you don’t have that moment you don’t really have the story of Meredith Grey. but just in case there’s any confusion, Rhimes says that Owen DID choose Cristina and the Teddy-Owen-Cristina triangle is officially done and over with.
