Sugarworks Grade B Maple Syrup
Delicious! Amazon is the only place I've been able to find grade B maple syrup in reasonably small containers. It has considerably more intense maple flavor than grade A. The usual assumption is that grade A is better than grade B but unlike eggs or meat, the grade refers to when the syrup is harvested, grade B being the more intensely flavored. Makes pancakes and waffles worth getting up for! Top to learn more
Addictive! Way better than Grade A!
This stuff is like maple crack! I just can't get enough! Unlike regular Grade A maple syrup this had a x10 flavor boost as well as being thicker and richer! Haven't you ever wished maple syrup had the thicker consistency of the corn syrup maple flavored junk at the stores? Well this does but with a delicious maple flavor that is stronger and tastier than your grade A maple. I wish they carried grade b in the stores. Thanks amazon for carrying grade b maple syrup! I just love it. If I'm ever brave enough I may even try grade C! Top to learn more

Grade B Organic
There are generally 3 grades of maple syrup. Grade A is the first run - Mild in taste, sweet and with fewer minerals than the other grades. It is more expensive and less desirable (health and taste wise). Grade B is the second run with more minerals plus more maple taste. Grade C is the third run with even more minerals and an even stronger taste of maple and it's slightly less pleasant for most people.Maple syrup has a large variety of minerals and vitamins and Grade B Organic is my favorite, considering it's stronger flavor and higher nutrition content. Of course, Organic is the only way to eat food now, but that's another story.Coombs Family Farm provides a very satisfactory grade B organic Maple Syrup! I've used a lot!

Great syrup
I normally use organic grade A syrup, and I find this syrup to be better. It has a darker color, and a stronger maple taste, which I love. I definitely recommend this.

Excellent Quality
Many people assume that grade B syrup is somehow or other lower quality than grade A. That's true for most foods, but not for maple syrup.I've had grade B's that were only good for baking or cooking, but this one straddles the fine line between 'strong enough' for baking and 'mild enough' for pancakes.Watch for sales, I ended up getting this for about $15.99 with Subscribe and Save and a discount offer, definitely the best deal around for 32 oz of maple syrup. SO good.
There's an award emblem on this bottle from Gourmet magazine, and after enjoying this maple syrup several times, I can see why.I had read that Grade B syrup was a richer, more flavored syrup via Cook's Illustrated, but living in small town Arkansas, had not spotted any in our grocery stores. Grade A seems to be what is commonly stocked. But this stuff... oh my. Darker, richer, and more maple-y than anything I've had before. Even more than with grade A maple syrup, you use much less to get the same amount of sweetness when compared to "fake" pancake syrup. There is no comparison, particularly in baked goods. Try it! Never knew what I was missing
Up until my purchase of the I can only remember buying maple flavored syrups. I thought why should I spend more for something that tastes the same, but boy was I wrong! The taste of flavored syrups cannot compare to the taste of real maple syrup. We tried it on our waffles this last weekend and it was delicious! The only complaint I have it that it's not as thick as the stuff I'm used to, but I can live with that. This was a great deal when I purchased it on sale recently and should last a while. Just make sure you refrigerate after opening, as this was also new to me. Top to learn more

Excellent price for organic maple syrup!
This is an excellent price for high-quality, organic, Grade B, Kosher maple syrup. It is 100% maple syrup, with no other additives. It is certified Kosher by KOF-K and is organically grown in New England. Grade B maple syrup is excellent for pouring on waffles or pancakes and is also tasty added to baked goods. It has a deeper, richer flavor than dark, medium or light grade A syrup.I highly recommend the seller, Swanson, whom I've had frequent dealings with. They have a large website and sell a wide variety of health products, both supplements and health foods like this syrup. They have always processed my orders on their website quickly, and the orders have arrived promptly, with no delivery problems. Top to learn more

I love it
I love this syrup. It has a deep, rich flavor and doesn't make my blood sugar too high like the gross fake stuff. This is hard to find in stores too and Amazon has a better price than the store anyway. To me, Grade B is the only flavor worth eating - and I eat it almost every morning. Top to learn more
Delicious!
This syrup is delicious!!It has changed the taste of Sunday morning pancakes for us. I originally got it for the Master Cleanse but use it now for pancakes and it's mouth watering good. The best syrup we've ever tasted by far. Top to learn more

With good bacon and grade B maple syrup ( buy here ). YUM. And it’s just crying out to be drizzled with maple syrup. I guess it’s always a good thing to want to eat the picture (sometimes literally), but I still think the picture looks a little busy… Perhaps I could give more room around the pancakes to frame the shot. As happy as I am with these pictures, I think my photography skills are still ranking low on any kind of professional scale. Well, it couldn’t possibly be the fact that I’ve only been taking ‘arty’ pictures for a few months. But back to the photo…here I’ve taken the picture on the angle and just piled them high and in different directions to add interest. I took this one a while ago and every time I look at it I want pancakes.

Light Amber is the mildest of all maple syrups in terms of flavor, and maple cream and maple candy is made with it. Medium Amber is the most commonly used table syrup grade, because it has a distinctive, smooth maple flavor. If you are looking at maple syrup as an alternative sweetener to add to your diet, and you are confused about the grades on the bottles, you are probably wondering, how is maple syrup graded, and do the different grades make a difference when it... Try out a few of their maple syrup grades and start experimenting with the various flavor profiles and sweetening properties that maple syrup can lend to your cooking. It is widely believed that Grade B maple syrup has more minerals and nutrients than the lighter maple syrup varieties, but this fact is scientifically disputed.
