Powerful steam cleaner!
I have been using this for months. Each time I used it my floors become cleaner and cleaner. I have given up on my Swiffer Wet Jet because it smells awful and really used alot of pads to get my floor half way clean and leaving a residue. This version comes with enough pads to do all of my tile (three baths, kitchen & foyer). It may not remove everything on your first use, but it takes it off in layers. The Swiffer residue built up over the years. When I use the steam mop the floors feel very clean now. There is no odor. I throw the pads in the wash with a little bleach and the come out clean. The first time I used them they were a dark grey, now they don't pull off as much scum because they did their job. I had read about previous versions that had wimpy handles, but this one is very sturdy. The pads go on very easily, but you do have to wait for a cool down. I have even used it on my shower floor to remove scum that that gotten stuck in the grout. It is a work in progress getting...

Best cleaning investment
I saw this product on an infomercial at my doctors office two months ago. I was very intrigued as I have two loveable wiener dogs who often have accidents in the house. I needed something that was quick and something that was easy to use. I tried the string mop and bucket and that lasted for a year until the strings started falling. I than moved to mop pads and the mop with a ringer built into the handle but they grocery stores run a scam where they stock new mop pads every three months so you have to re-buy the mop/ringer part or buy 20+ pads ahead of time. Finally I had enough and said lets give this a try. The price point worried me and I was very skeptical however after reading the directions for 8 minutes I was mopping like a pro. Typically my wife would sweep and mop the floors but now its so easy I do it so I can get some chore points on my score card. I think in the years we have been married I have mopped maybe 10 times. This is so easy I have mopped all the floors five times...
