Fresh, clean scent
I've always thought they should make a wearable fragrance that smells like a dryer (fabric softener) sheet. ("they" being the proverbial they-people they always talk about... oops, there "they" are again... those they-people sure say a lot of stuff..) anyway, back to my review...This stuff smells like a dryer (fabric softener) sheet! Fresh, clean scent!
This perfume is awesome!! Everyone asks why I smell so fresh, I've actually worn this to the gym and had compliments! It's not too strong but does smell like fresh, hung out to dry laundry. Subtle and soothing........
Demeter could charge far more for its fragrances, but fortunately for me, they don't..... Dirt is a mellow, earth-tone fragrance.... and is definitely not for the flamboyant type.. it is a clean, soothing and subtle hint of an earthly fragrance without the edges of patchouli or musk...... does more for you, than for those you come in contact with...

Aromatherapy!
I use the Demeter fragrances for ME! For my own pleasure not to attract attention. I spray them on when I want a lift. Unfortunately, I'm getting low on my bottle of dirt and have to think about ordering more. It smells incredibe and makes me feel good. I don't get to play in the dirt much anymore, but this scent reminds me of when I did. AAAAAhhhhhhh!

More of a masculine or unisex scent, a bit like (nice) aftershave
I'm not sure when or how the perfume industry decided that cucumber musk is what the ocean smells like, but to me this fragrance reminded me more of a nice, light aftershave. It isn't heavy or overly men's cologne-like, but it definitely did not remind me of the beach. It just reminded me cucumber mixed with a bit of musk. Not unpleasant, just not feminine at all. There are no floral notes that I could detect. I would recommend this to anyone perhaps looking for a light scent that maybe reminds them of kissing Dad's cheek as a child (that might be a good name for a Demeter fragrance - Dad's Cheeks). This is better than amazing grace...
I can't understand how the other reviewer says that this doesn't smell like anything. It's really powerful clean smell that lasts all day.. I love it a lot, i have the amazing grace from philosophy and i get more compliments on pure soap and it's cheaper. I bought it several years ago at TJMAXX for 10 dollars, now can't find it for that price, but still cheaper than amazing grace. If you're not satisfied with our reviews, then buy a sample size. I normally wear the Grace collection by Philosophy but when I saw Demeter had a Pure Soap fragrance I wanted to try it. I am so glad I did!!!!!!!This is a great product and the price is even better. Lush pure honeysuckle scent is spot on
I was inspired to buy this fragrance (the first new fragrance I've purchased in a few years) after walking by a blooming honeysuckle bush near my home. I found other fragrances with "lively notes of honeysuckle" that didn't smell anything like honeysuckle. Demeter, on the other hand, has nailed it. It smells exactly like honeysuckle in the mid-morning, fresh, fragrant, slightly sweet, and warm. The first spray is pretty strong, with very sweet bright notes, and it mellows out over time to a more demure (yet enticing) flower-y smell. It is light (not too strong, lasts maybe 2-3 hours), but I prefer light fragrances. Top to learn more

The Most Incredible Thing
Yes, this smells just like honeysuckle in heat.Demeter is notorious for hitting scents spot-on. How do they do it? This is not a manifesto on the meaning of life, only a product review, my friend.As pricey as this seems, it is well worth it. I would prefer to bathe in this scent, but simply spritzing myself with it a few times keeps me smelling like big bushels of honeysuckle all day. I also like to dab a bit on the tip of my nose for my personal enjoyment. I often catch myself sniffing the bottle.This scent triggers every memory I have of honeysuckle, and, were I blindfolded, I would be unable to tell the difference between this bottle and the real plant. Several bees, perhaps a bit dazed from their winter's rest, also seemed to think that the scent is a fine reproduction.This is a fantastic scent for women. I smell amazing!!
I still can't believe how accurate this perfume is! It smells EXACTLY like putting your nose in these flowers on a hot summer day. It doesn't smell like alcohol at all to me, just pure honeysuckle. I can't tell if I just get used to the smell, or if it really only lasts for a few hours, so you might have to reapply during the day. It comes in a large bottle, bigger than I thought when buying it. I might get a small spray bottle to fill for taking around with me. Honeysuckle is my favorite smell and I can't even say how happy I am with this. It blows the Bath and Body Works Honeysuckle spray out of the water. Top to learn more

I just don’t see why people want to meet with me. That’s why we have things like e-mail and Paypal (which I don’t condone) and digital photos and IM. I shouldn’t have to meet with someone unless they live in the stone age and only have Polaroids. Ended up getting charged twice for something I didn’t even buy and some tampons I bought were supposed to be 75% off and didn’t ring up that way. I already have my beta key and am eagerly awaiting the Beta Weekend Event coming up. I may report on the beta and share my thoughts on the game. I miss web designing yet I have nothing to design. I’d really like to get another web design job. If you didn’t know, I almost had a deal and then the guy flaked out on me because he can’t even communicate properly and ended up wasting about an hour of my life waiting on him. In the end I think it ended up being a money maker but I just don’t feel like I got that much. Surprisingly Amazon has yet to put anything up about the pre-purchase so I am happy I bought. Of course it didn’t go in my favor and I got the old ring around.
While they despatched me new products and refunded me for the one merchandise I again, I was now not reimbursed transport and it took me a week to get a hold of someone at the company who advised me that they never reimburse shipping again unless... My order came with a free sample which was once pleasant, with the exception of that one pattern arrived completely shattered and the pattern spray pump did no longer work. ) While the products are all as described, the service from Demeter Fragrance Library left so much to be preferred.
