Straightfoward Product
Zippo butane fuel - pretty straight forward. Only thing is, if it isn't refueling the lighter, insert as if you were refueling, and press down... but jiggle the fuel bottle a little. I had a little problem with refueling, but when I jiggled the nozzle a little, it started working like a charm. Don't forget to fuel somewhere with good ventilation and no open flames.

Zippo is bueno...
We tried Zippo (premium butane fuel) for our butane kitchen torch - also purchased on amazon - it works great to add a special touch of torch to your favorite creme brulee - try it, you'll like it! (recommended). Please dont wait till the last day before you need it to order it, this fuel must be shipped separately and if you can purchase it locally it might be better than Amazon, but this was convenient and I wasnt in a hurry...one more reason to state "Amazon has everything you need" - I love amazon in case you couldnt tell :-0

Good product
I have a butane kitchen torch that is used for burning the sugar on a flan and this fuels it easily and well. What's to say about lighter fluid except it works and is reasonable priced.

Are you sure?
I noticed a negative comment. I had a butane lighter that died and bought the Xikar lighter and ordered the Xikar fuel. I never realized there was maintenance on these precision instruments. i.e., Drain gas and release pressure at least before every 2nd or 3rd fill up. Turn flame adjustment knob to off when refueling. Give the business end of the lighter a blast of air(like you buy canisters for `puters) every so often. Methinks it was not the fuel.

Pay for quality
I am currently using this for my zippo blu and it works well. I was weary at spending so much on it but hey it's good stuff. This stuff has a very smooth clean flame. If you're willing to spend the $ you won't be disappointed.

Great, clean burn for Porsche Design PD-5
I use this on my non-Zippo brand lighter, the Porsche Design PD-5.The burn is quite nice, clean with low odor. I have not had any issues with clogging, as many manufacturers will warn you if you do not use compatible products; I tend to disregard this as any product worth its price should be compatible with remotely similar complimentary partners.You get quite a bit of refills with a 5.43 ounce canister. My lighter is 1.1 mL capacity, so I'll be holding onto this for a while.Refilling is fairly straight forward. Pop off the cap, insert it into the refill tube and press, hold, wait patiently, and pop it off. Recap, store and enjoy (after waiting for a few minutes for the lighter to return to room temp)

Zippy Zippo
This is a more difficult product for me to review, as I bought this product to fuel a culinary torch. I selected this product because of the brand name - ZIPPO. Thirty-five years ago, when I smoked cigarettes, I always had a dependable Zippo lighter and fuel. Hence, my purchase. Is this particular product good? Well, I suspect that it is, because my little torch worked. Is there a better fuel? I know not, but I am satisfied with this one.

Surprisingly Worth Every Penny.
I have to admit to being a bit skeptical about ANY 5x refined butane, but my favourite lighter was clogged, so I thought some butane was a cheaper than a new lighter. It worked! I flushed the tank, and after a few faltering starts a have a flame again. After a couple of days my lighter was back up to snuff. I had been using triple refined, and while that works for some things, I won't ignore this either. This is the real deal, and will save your lighter. (mine is a Colibri)I tried to use the same approach on a MUCH older lighter, but alas, this is butane, not magic. The trick here is much like dental care: prevention might seem like a hassle, but it beats the alternative by MILES.

Great butane
This is a great fuel. I used to use a common triple-refined fuel but had trouble with my lighters. After buying a couple cans of Vector fuel, my lighter problems went away.I can light my cigar torch lighters and rapidly wave them back and worth in the air and they won't go out. Trying that with the triple-refined fuel caused the lighters to go out before the second sweep of my arm.This is very good fuel. You will be pleased with it.

butane for lighters
This stuff will keep even a cheap lighter from mal-functioning. This butane is refined 5 times and in my opinion, this is what keeps an expensive lighter from going on the trash heap.

Excellent!
Yes, shipping is a bit expensive, but considering that I couldn't find it anywhere in the stores, and other products even here on amazon are outrageously expensive, 10 bucks for 300 ml of gas that will last forever is not a bad price. I am very happy I found this product. I highly recommend it to everyone. Very good buy!

Good Butane; Expensive Shipping
Butane is of good quality. Shipping is expensive at almost twice the price of the item. It's one of those "sell the item cheap and make money on the shipping" deals. And there's no "universal tips" included, which I assumed were interchangeable tips for refilling different types of containers.Update: The tips are embedded in the cap (inside). Made of plastic and looks rather breakable, but haven't used any yet.
