Audiomachine's First Public Album is Perfect!
If you are not familiar with Audiomachine, they are the folks that make movie trailers so epic! Their music is used in film advertising, and thus is not available to the public - until now! "Chronicles" is their first album available for purchase, and it's a compilation of all their best work to date. What makes their music special is that it's not just all about the intensity - there are always unique themes and a lot of drama within the compositions. It's fun to see how many tracks you can place to film trailers. If you are a fan of "Avatar", you will no doubt notice that Tracks 01 & 03 were used in the trailer for that film.My favorite is Track 08, titled "Breath and Life". You may recognize it from the trailer for "The Adjustment Bureau". It is a wonderful track, and one that I could listen to over and over again. That's just the tip of the iceberg... almost every track has a unique quality about it. I have listened through this album...

Music to live by.
I stumbled across this album by mistake and I am so glad fate lead me to this. This is the best album to listen to while doing almost anything: waking up, getting dressed, driving to work, doing homework, running, weight lifting, eating a steak, killing a grizzly bear with your two hands, the possibilities are endless. You will not regret buying this.

I <3 Two Steps from Hell
I'd never thought I'd be writing a review for a Two Steps from Hell public album. I entered the trailer music scene in '08 and at that time the prospect for a possible public album was dim. How times have changed! The album itself is a collection of their most prominent tracks (at least from a public perspective). It was definitely refreshing to notice the audio quality was upped a notch due to their remastering of the tracks. "To Glory" was an unexpected and powerful surprise. I hope this project works out in the way they foresaw. Unfortunately our passion outweighs our numbers in terms of committed trailer music fans, but undoubtedly, with every Youtube user asking "What's that music?" I can finally point in them in the right direction rather than a wiki page. It would be nice to have more contributions from Pheonix for a more balanced album, but in all the album is worth its weight, and if anything the cost of the album isn't truly representative of its rather high quality.

The best of the best
Two Steps From Hell has only just started selling their music to the public. That's because, like other "trailer music" companies, their music is normally licensed directly to the marketing departments for moves like No Country For Old Men or The Dark Knight. However, TSFH is the cream of the caviar, and online piracy (yes, unauthorized youtube uploads qualify) has built them a surprisingly large fanbase.tldr; We are extraordinarily lucky that they have deigned to us to buy their glorious, magnificent amazingness this is so good

Five stars for an epic journey.
I know the title "Epic Action and Adventure Vol. 4" dosen't exactly come out and bite you, but if you overlook this you are missing out on some epic and fantastic music. Epic score has proven that they are one of the most fantastic production music companies around, and the full orchestra and choir will blow you away in a way that most movies rarely get a chance to. Epic Score makes things fresh, I particularly love the unison of piano, orchestra and choir in "I Still Have a Soul". If you like Action-Packed Orchestral Music, or good movie soundtracks, give epic score a shot. You won't be dissapointed!

Great follow up to Invincible
After having heard Invincible a few times, I was utterly convinced, that if Two Steps From Hell came out with another public album, they could not live up to it again. I WAS WRONG. This album is just as amazing as the first album. I'm sure I'll listen to it every day.Archangel is several of their more popular songs and it is mostly their epic songs. Which is really what made them famous. I'm not saying I don't like their other stuff, but the big epic music is my absolute favorite. With this album having 4 more songs than the last one, it makes it even more worth it to buy than it already was.If you're still not sure what I'm trying to get across... just buy it. It's worth it. Believe me.

Two Steps from Hell does it again
Simply put, this is a FANTASTIC compliment to Invincible and Illusions (Thomas Bergersen). It's the classic "epic" music without the repetativity that other producers seem to get (looking at you, Epic Score.....)Hands down, this is some of the best music that you will ever hear. Illusions still holds the crown as the perfect music, but this comes in at an incredibly close second, with Invincible lagging behind in a solid third place.Simply put, this is the best $9 you could spend on music. Absolutely fantastic.

Disappointing, but still good
What made Invincible stand head and shoulders above all other trailer music was the melodic core of the songs and the balance of tones. Each track had structure, each one told a story. The core elements of the music had a layered integrity which lent them power you could hear in seconds.Archangel is less melodic and borrows too much from all the mishmash-trailer music out there. Choir voices over a frenetic orchestra is not powerful music, however overall Archangel remains superior to most.

Where Can I buy Audiomachine

I’m glad you like it. Dude, I gotta tell you this, and I think that I speak for the rest of the guys—we are so proud of this record, I think it’s the best thing we’ve ever done, and I think it combines the best elements of everything that we’ve... Those are the three songs that I like to tell everybody that kind of pulled the whole record together because we wrote them, we recorded them, and had them mixed and mastered within three weeks, which was pretty cool. “Drag Me Down” is a song from ‘93 that I wrote with Glen Burtnik from Styx, and that was gonna be for what was gonna be the new Trixter record, but we decided to do the Undercovers record instead. Many of the bands from their genre usually just hit the road to make extra cash as a nostalgia act, but it seems like Trixter is taking a legitimate shot at a full-fledged comeback with the release of New Audio Machine If you put these three... That was a leftover from their first record, and they gave it to us because they thought it would be a better Trixter song than a Skid Row song. It’s definitely one for the New Jersey fans from back in the ‘86 to ‘89 days, the Studio One and the China Club—that was always one of the fan favorites. It is set to be released by way of the Italian record label, Frontiers Records. At the time, it seemed like many bands from that hair band and glam rock era were making a comeback. Today, we got to talk about the first actual Trixter record in 20 years. So, it had that sense of urgency in it, and those three songs really pulled the record together. Well, their return was ultimately a success, and here we are, four years later, about to celebrate the band’s first studio album of original material in 20 years.
